Shipping & Returns

1. DOMESTIC DISTRIBUTION SCOPE Qure Science provides delivery services exclusively within the United States.

• Processing Windows: Orders depart our domestic storage centers within 24–72 hours following payment authorization (excluding weekends and legal holidays).

• Material Integrity: Reagents are packaged using controlled containment protocols to ensure material stability during transit.

2. FREIGHT PROTECTION & COVERAGE (GUARANTEED DISPATCH) To safeguard high-value scientific compounds, Qure Science provides optional Priority Freight Protection for a flat fee of $5.00 during checkout.

• Covered Shipments: If an insured package is confirmed lost or damaged in transit by the carrier, Qure Science will issue a one-time replacement dispatch at no supplementary charge.

• Uncovered Shipments: Declining Freight Protection waives company liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Support will review inquiries, but replacement dispatches are not guaranteed for uninsured orders.

3. TRANSIT DELAYS & CARRIER PROTOCOLS If tracking updates stall for more than 7 consecutive business days:

• Direct Channel: Contact Qure Science support directly to initiate a review.

• Carrier Claim Restriction: Do not file a missing mail inquiry or claim directly with the freight service (USPS, UPS, FedEx). External inquiries regarding specialized research reagents can compromise operational channels. All carrier communications are managed internally to protect supply chain security and customer privacy.

4. DELIVERED STATUS & DISPATCH FULFILLMENT The Company’s fulfillment obligation terminates upon carrier delivery confirmation.

• Verification Data: Final delivery status is determined by carrier timestamp and GPS metadata. If a shipment is marked “Delivered” but cannot be retrieved, Qure Science is not liable for replacement.

• Drop Point Security: Buyers must provide a secure destination address. The Company assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, or displacement following confirmed carrier drop-off.

5. ADDRESS PRECISION & RETURNED SHIPMENTS Purchasers carry sole responsibility for entering a correct domestic shipping destination at checkout.

• Re-Routing Fees: Packages returned to our facility due to address errors, missing unit numbers, or delivery refusals incur a reshipment fee charged to the buyer.

• Chain of Custody Audit: Returned reagents undergo safety inspection prior to re-dispatch. Replacement or reshipment occurs only if container seals remain fully intact and chain of custody is verified.
