3. RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO) MANDATE All compounds distributed by the Company are prepared strictly for in vitro laboratory experimentation and analytical evaluation.

• Abusive Disputes: Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks constitute a breach of contract, resulting in immediate blacklist status, account deletion, and referral to recovery agencies.

7. RESALE & TRANSFER RESTRICTIONS Products are sold exclusively to the primary purchaser for internal, non-commercial research workflows.

• Commercial resale, redistribution, re-packaging, or third-party transfer without explicit, written authorization from the Company is strictly banned.

• Unauthorized transfer immediately shifts all legal exposure, handling liability, and regulatory compliance obligations directly to the original purchaser.

8. LOGISTICS & RISK SEPARATION Dispatched timelines are operational estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery windows.

• Transfer of Risk: Title and risk of loss transfer entirely to the buyer once materials are tendered to the commercial carrier.

• External Delays: The Company assumes no responsibility for delays, impoundments, or losses caused by logistics carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

9. FINAL SALE & RETURN POLICY Due to strict quality control, temperature requirements, and chain-of-custody protocols required for laboratory reagents:

• All Sales Are Final: Returns, physical exchanges, or post-shipment refunds are not accepted under any circumstances once an order has left the warehouse facility.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All digital assets on this platform—including raw code, interface design, written text, technical graphics, and registered or unregistered trademarks—are the protected property of Qure Science LLC and may not be reproduced without written consent.

13. GOVERNING JURISDICTION These Terms shall be interpreted, governed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of registration of Qure Science LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
